These terms govern your use of podevangelist.org, the O.G. Pastors podcast, our newsletters, donation pages, and shop. They are written plainly on purpose. By using the site you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use the site. Nothing here is intended to take away rights you hold under the law where you live.
By accessing or using any part of this website or its related services, you confirm that you are at least thirteen years old and that you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the site and listen to, read, and share our published material for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may link to our pages and share episodes freely. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we may impose limits on certain features without notice.
Some features — supporter access, the guest directory, and the shop — require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password confidential, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that has been inactive for an extended period.
All episodes, transcripts, devotionals, artwork, photography, logos, and written content on this site are owned by O.G. Pastors or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the source. You may not republish full episodes or articles, sell our content, or use our name or marks to imply endorsement without written permission.
When you submit a comment, testimonial, guest recommendation, prayer request, or any other material, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, edit for length and clarity, and publish that material in connection with the podcast and ministry. Prayer requests marked private are never published. You confirm that anything you submit is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

Episodes, devotionals, and pastoral conversations are offered for encouragement and reflection. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and views expressed by guests are their own and do not necessarily represent those of O.G. Pastors. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, O.G. Pastors and its team, volunteers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or fifty United States dollars.
